Spacious, grounding and joyful yoga classes and one-to-one sessions, taught by Nicole Hermes.


Nicole discovered yoga and Vipassana meditation in 2003 and was instantly intrigued with this form of 'body-mind-magic'.  Since then, she has consistently explored Vipassana meditation, Falun Gong, ecstatic dance, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Jivamukti and hot yoga until qualifiying as a Yoga Alliance teacher in 2011, a Total Yoga Nidra teacher in 2014 and Laughter Yoga Leader in 2015.

Since 2012, Nicole teaches classes of Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Vinyasa Flow with an emphasis on cultivating a subtle awareness of the breath and body.  Uplifting and restorative, her classes offer a tranquil space to stretch, tone and recharge the physical, emotional and energetic body. With a wide range of tools to play with, the class offers something fresh from week to week, within the framework of a classical sequence. The intensity of a dynamic and demanding lifestyle is balanced by simple yet effective poses, meditation and pranayama.  Come and explore what it is to rest and relax into change and action.  Beginners are welcome and classes are taught at a mixed level.
