I began yoga with Lala in my second trimester of pregnancy. After roughly six weeks of practice, I felt significantly stronger and healthier. At the stage that other pregnant women were beginning to slow down and vegetate, I found myself full of energy; continuing to work and tackle daily tasks with ease and a sense of calm. Yoga is now a weekly treat, a little bit of 'me time' to help revive and refresh. I leave each class feeling alive again - thank you Lala!
